Returns and refunds
Damage during transport
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged due to handling by the courier, it is essential to follow this protocol to validate the insurance:

Visual inspection: Upon receiving the package, check that the packaging is free of bumps, punctures, or moisture.

Evidence: If you detect damage, take clear photographs of the packaging (before opening it) and of the damaged artwork.

Immediate report: Notify us within the first 24 hours after delivery to the email samuelrojase@gmail.com, after this time we will not be able to process claims with the logistics company.
Cancellations and changes

Unique pieces: Due to the nature of original and limited edition artworks, returns for change of mind are not accepted once the artwork has been shipped.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may do so as long as the artwork has not yet been collected by the courier service. The total purchase price will be refunded, less any applicable payment gateway fees (PayPal/Wix Payments).
Certificate of authenticity
All returned works (in case of damage) must include the original Certificate of Authenticity sent with the piece in order to process any adjustment or replacement.
