Mexico City (free shipping)
As a courtesy from the studio, all deliveries within Mexico City are free. These are coordinated personally by our team to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase to schedule delivery.
Domestic shipments (FedEx)
For the rest of Mexico, we use FedEx. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the item.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that any import taxes or customs duties that may be incurred in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging and preparation
Each artwork undergoes a professional packaging process using acid-free materials and reinforced structures (heavy-duty boxes or wooden crates, depending on the size). Preparation time is 3 to 5 business days.
Tracking
Once the artwork is collected by FedEx, you will receive an email with your tracking number for real-time tracking.
Shipping insurance
All our pieces are shipped with basic insurance. If you wish to purchase extended coverage for the full value of the artwork, please contact us before making payment.
Note: This artwork is shipped insured. The cost of insurance is already included in the shipping price.
